The series, Anatomy of Construction Defects, discusses the four key areas of construction defects and goes into the ICC codes, the role they play in avoiding defects, and best practices to first understand defects, and then how to avoid them entirely. This presentation is specifically geared towards production staff, senior leaders, as well as those involved in the construction arena who have a vested stake in “getting the job done right, the first time”.
